On 16th September 2025, Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs successfully conducted its first-ever corporate program at Thomson Reuters, Bangalore. The session, titled “Why, What and How of Bioenzyme”, was organized in a hybrid format between 12 noon and 1 pm and witnessed the participation of nearly 75 employees, both in-person and virtually. This program marked an important step in introducing sustainable practices to corporate professionals and engaging them in conversations around eco-friendly alternatives.
The session was conducted by Natasha and Priti, who brought in their expertise and practical experience to make the program highly engaging. They began by explaining the “Why” — the urgent need for natural and sustainable solutions to tackle the challenges of chemical pollution, waste management, and environmental degradation. Participants were made aware of how everyday cleaning products, while convenient, contribute significantly to water and soil pollution, and how bioenzymes offer a safe and eco-friendly alternative.
The “What” of the session focused on breaking down the science and simplicity of bioenzymes. Employees learned about their composition, the fermentation process using fruit peels, jaggery, and water, and their multipurpose applications as cleaners, pest repellents, and even in agriculture. Natasha and Priti used relatable examples and case stories to highlight the effectiveness of bioenzymes, making the session both informative and easy to grasp.
The “How” segment emphasized practical demonstrations and usage tips. Participants were guided on how bioenzymes can be integrated into their daily lives, from household cleaning and laundry to gardening and waste management. Many employees were pleasantly surprised at how economical, safe, and versatile bioenzymes are compared to conventional products.
The program received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Participants appreciated the interactive nature of the session, raised thoughtful questions, and expressed their interest in experimenting with bioenzyme-based solutions at home. Many employees enthusiastically joined the Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs group to continue learning and to stay connected with future initiatives.
This event has opened doors for stronger collaboration between Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs and corporate organizations, providing a platform to spread sustainable practices at a wider scale. It has also demonstrated that employees are eager to embrace green alternatives when given the right knowledge and guidance.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Swathy for enabling our empanelment with Thomson Reuters, which made this initiative possible. This milestone marks not only the beginning of corporate outreach but also a significant step forward in mainstreaming the bioenzyme movement.
