Blossoming a Green Dream at SSA


The 18th of August 2025 was a day of joy, colors, and new beginnings at the Shristi Special Academy (SSA). What started as a simple idea — to bring nature’s wisdom into the campus — bloomed into a heartwarming celebration of sustainability, tradition, and togetherness.

A Graceful Start

The morning air was filled with excitement as the SSA staff lovingly arranged drums and raw materials, ready for the very first batch of bioenzymes. Banners of SSA and BEA swayed side by side, dressed with bright flowers that seemed to smile upon the occasion.



The inauguration was graced by Mr. Basavraj, Ex-Commissioner of Disability, Government of Karnataka. With tender care, he sprinkled haldi and kumkum on each drum and offered coconuts as a blessing — a gesture that felt like weaving tradition into science. This sacred beginning marked the moment when the children and staff stepped into a new role: keepers of bioenzymes, who would now nurture this process as part of their daily rhythm.

When Rain Turned into Renewal

As the clouds burst on 18th August, the earth paused our next steps. Yet, rain is nature’s way of blessing growth, and soon after, the journey continued. On the 20th of August, the SSA grounds buzzed with renewed spirit. A compost pit was carefully readied, and the staff were guided through the gentle art of turning kitchen scraps into rich, fertile compost.

The day also saw the planting of vetiver grass — its roots sinking deep into the soil, a quiet promise of protection, nourishment, and greenness for years to come.

Three Seeds of Sustainability

From these two days of learning and doing, three beautiful seeds were sown at SSA:

  1. Bioenzyme Batching – transforming waste into nature’s own cleaner.

  2. Composting – returning food scraps back to the soil as nourishment.

  3. Vetiver Plantation – planting resilience and greenness into the earth.


Walking Into Tomorrow

This was not just an inauguration, but the beginning of a long, blossoming journey. As BEA and SSA continue to walk together, these small acts of care will ripple outward — touching the soil, the children, the staff, and the larger community.

It is a reminder that when hands come together with love for the earth, we can truly remain green, while we clean .


This celebration at SSA was more than just an inauguration — it was a coming together.
Children, staff, trainers, and well-wishers, each added their own note.
Tradition met science, rain met soil, and action met purpose.

Just like the timeless melody “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara”,
every effort blended into one harmony.

Healing Mowgli - A Journey of Love, Hope, and Bioenzymes By Natasha

Mowgli, my 13-year-old cat, has always been full of life. But a few months ago, he started to fall sick. He had a dental issue, and the vet said he needed a tooth removed. Because of his age, the surgery could be risky—even fatal—so we kept delaying it, hoping for a safer solution.

Then things got worse.

He began to drool constantly, and his saliva turned black. Wherever he licked, the black marks spread—around his mouth, his body, even onto my other cat. He stopped eating and looked tired and weak. It broke my heart to see him like that. I felt helpless, and no medication seemed to work.

That’s when I remembered the bioenzyme I had made from mosambi (sweet lime) peels. I knew citrus is usually not recommended for cats, but I had no other option. I decided to try it.

I sprayed the pure bioenzyme on Mowgli’s body every day for a week. Slowly, I saw him improve. He started eating again—his favorite fish!—and even began playing around like he used to. His energy came back. I was overjoyed.

After that, I reduced the frequency of the spray—first to alternate days, then to once a week. Today, Mowgli is happy and active, just like before.

Looking back, I wish I had made a rose bioenzyme instead, which would have been gentler for a cat. But in that moment, I needed something immediate—and this simple, homemade remedy made all the difference when nothing else did.

Mowgli’s recovery is one of the main reasons I joined the Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs Academy. I wanted to learn more, so I could help others the way I helped him.

He’s not just my pet. He’s my teacher, my inspiration—and my reason to keep going.

The integration of Bioenzyme-based practices with local farming methods has shown promising results across diverse crop categories. Key benefits include enhanced soil health, increased productivity, improved plant health, reduced reliance on chemicals, and better resilience to climate stress. These findings support the scalability of natural farming solutions and the importance of empowering farmers with regenerative, low-cost practices that work with nature rather than against it.

Soil fertility is a complex interplay of nutrient content, physical properties, and chemical characteristics. A fertile soil is not just rich in nutrients but also has a good structure, texture, and pH, enabling it to effectively support plant growth. Empirically it has been found Boenzym products after getting into soil enhance the soil health for fertility by enhancing nutrients and changing the physical and chemical properties. Soil health is of prime importance in Natural farming. Empirically it has been found Bioenzym has helped in improving the soil health without using any chemical and the yield has increased 30%  on an average. Bioenzyme-based inputs can significantly enhance soil health, ecological functions, and crop productivity under natural farming systems while ensuring economic viability for farmers. The experiments carried out in some of the places with farmers using Bioenzym for Natural farming has been encouraging in terms of overall soil health and crops yield.

It is imperative to measure the incremental changes in soil health through Bioremediation for coarse correction of the soil in crop cycles in Natural farming through Disruptive Technologies like AI and Machine Learning (ML). The AI based disruptive engineering intervention can lead to tap the hidden issues of soil chemistry changes in different areas on daily basis which will give a further insight for more and more interventions for enhancing soil health for Natural Farming.

๐ŸŒฑ Creating Change with Every Seed Ball: A Day of Purpose and Gratitude

On June 21st, I had the immense privilege of participating in the Seed Ball – India Book of Records event, organized by the Rotary Club of Dombivli. The energy, the unity, and the shared love for the Earth made it a truly memorable experience.

As part of this inspiring initiative, I contributed by making almost 400 seed balls, each one symbolizing hope, regeneration, and our responsibility towards nature. The event brought together hundreds of like-minded individuals who believe in taking small yet powerful steps for the environment.

What made the day even more special was the opportunity to represent the Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs Academy of India (BEA) and share our mission of chemical-free, sustainable living with respected dignitaries.

I was honored to gift Citrus Bioenzyme to Shri Ravindra Chavhan Ji, the Working President of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has served as Cabinet Minister and Maharashtra State Minister of Public Works. During our interaction, I spoke about the power of bioenzymes and how they are transforming waste into solutions for water, soil, and human health.

Meeting someone of his stature and having a chance to speak about my journey with BEA—from learning to becoming an advocate for sustainability—was deeply empowering. It was not just about sharing a product, but about planting the seed of a larger conversation around clean, green alternatives that begin at home and ripple through communities.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club of Dombivli for organizing this beautiful event and for giving me the platform to connect, learn, and contribute. Events like these remind us that real change begins with committed hearts and collective action.

Together, one seed ball and one bioenzyme bottle at a time—we move closer to a greener planet. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’š

As part of L’Orรฉal’s employee sensitization initiative on sustainability and waste management, a special event was held on 10th June 2025 at the L’Orรฉal Baddi Plant. The event aimed to promote awareness and practical knowledge of eco-friendly practices among shop floor workers and employees.
