   From January 1st to January 31st, BE@T will feature a natural alternative to a toxic product daily. Each product is a step toward healthier living and environmental sustainability.

2. World Bioenzyme Day
   A special highlight of the campaign is January 4th, declared as World Bioenzyme Day. This day marks a global celebration of the immense potential of bioenzymes in transforming industries, households, and ecosystems.

3. Three-Day Talk and Sharing Sessions
   To further enrich this campaign, BEA is hosting a series of expert-led discussions and sharing sessions from 3 PM to 6 PM on January 4th, 5th, and 6th. Each day will focus on a vital theme:
   • Soil (January 4th, World Bioenzyme Day): Discussions on soil health, bioenzyme applications in agriculture, and land restoration.

23rd National Skill Development Program for Children with Hearing and Speech Disabilities

Co-host: Anam Prem Event Overview The 23rd National Skill Development Program, hosted by Mahaveer Intercontinantal Services Organization (MISO), was organized to empower children with hearing and speech disabilities through skill-building workshops and training sessions. The event was held in Bikaner, Rajasthan, from September 28 to October 2, 2024, and was meticulously planned to ensure a highquality experience for all attendees. A unique aspect of the event was the strong environmental focus, with no single-use plastic utilized throughout the program. The delicious food served was cooked in desi ghee, further enriching the experience with traditional Indian flavors.

The Bio Enzymes Entrepreneur Academy (BEA) team was an essential part of the program, with all the trainers present providing practical workshops on making bio enzymes, helping the children learn valuable skills while raising environmental awareness. Workshop and Training Sessions The training sessions ran across several days, providing children with hands-on learning experiences: Bio Enzyme Workshops: Satish Jain, alongside his team from BEA, conducted sessions focused on bio enzyme creation. The children were taught how to make bio enzymes as an eco-friendly solution for cleaning and waste management. This skillbased training aimed to equip the children with sustainable practices that they could apply in their daily lives.

Event Highlights Skill Development: The primary focus of the event was skill development for the children, with emphasis on practical, hands-on training. Environmental Awareness: The event was notable for its sustainability efforts, including the elimination of single-use plastic and the promotion of environmental consciousness through workshops and the tree plantation drive. Cultural Exposure: Heritage tours added an educational and cultural component, allowing participants to explore the rich history and traditions of Rajasthan. Sustainable Practices: The food served was cooked in desi ghee, promoting traditional and healthy eating habits while aligning with the event’s ecofriendly theme.


Cultural and Heritage Exploration - As part of the event, participants had the chance to visit
Bikaner's famous heritage sites: Laxmi Villas Palace – Breakfast at a beautiful palace reflecting the glory and royal heritage of Bikaner. Junagarh Fort – Known for its stunning architecture and rich history, the visit gave children and participants a sense of the grandeur of Rajasthan's past. Karni Mata Temple – A unique temple famous for its worship of rats, which are considered sacred here. This visit provided a cultural and spiritual dimension to the event, offering the children a chance to explore a famous pilgrimage site.

Environmental Initiatives - On October 1, 2024, the program featured a major environmental initiative: Tree Plantation Drive: Children from nearby villages Meghasar and Kolasar, along with the participants, planted 2511 saplings, setting a world record for tree plantation in the region. This initiative aimed at raising aware about environmental protection and sustainability while engaging children in meaningful activities that contribute to the planet's wellbeing.

Conclusion -  The 23rd National Skill Development Program, organized by Mahaveer Intercontinantal Services Organization (MISO), was a resounding success. It not only equipped children with disabilities with new skills but also raised awareness about environmental sustainability. The active participation of Swati Singh, Satish Jain, Ekta Gupta, and Rachna Singhal, along with the entire Bio Enzyme Entrepreneur Academy team, ensured that the children received valuable training in bio enzyme creation, which will serve them in their future endeavors. The tree plantation drive, coupled with a rich cultural experience, made the event both impactful and memorable.

Shree 2024 – National Conference and Expo

Theme: “Women, Indian Knowledge Systems, and Sustainability: Past to Future.”

Shree 2024, organized under the patronage of SHAKTI, was a three-day National Conference and Expo aimed at promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration. The event brought together women leaders, innovators, and experts to explore traditional and modern sustainability practices.

On a rainy day at Crest, the Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs Academy (BEA) took another step toward a greener planet with the launch of Green@Home. Despite the weather playing spoilsport, the event's spirit remained undampened. With our commitment to environmental resilience, we embraced the challenges and delivered an impactful session.

This initiative aimed at bringing sustainability into households resonated with the diverse group of participants, which included scientists, educators, and corporate professionals. Through engaging discussions and practical demonstrations, we shared our core message: My Planet, My Waste, My Responsibility.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Priti and Jyothi, who represented BEA at the event and ensured its success. BEA’s Collaboration with Heartfulness

Empowering Education, Employment, and Environment: Chitkara University Hosts Bioenzyme Awareness Session

 Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, organized an informative and engaging session on “Bioenzyme for Education, Employment, and Environment” on November 9, 2024. The session aimed to highlight the potential of bioenzymes in promoting sustainable development, education, and job creation.

The session featured Ms. Priti Rao , the President of the Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs Academy of India (BEA), based in Bangalore, who shared valuable insights into the significance of bioenzymes in fostering eco-friendly practices. Her talk emphasized how bioenzymes can contribute to a cleaner environment, educational advancement, and employment opportunities in the green sector.

Following her talk, Mr. Satish Jain , the Chief Enzyme Officer of BEA from Raipur, led an engaging hands-on workshop on the process of making bioenzymes. This interactive session allowed attendees comprising approximately 150 students and staff from various departments, including Housekeeping, Horticulture, and Mess to gain practical experience in creating their own bioenzymes. The hands-on approach not only deepened participants' understanding of the environmental benefits of bioenzymes but also equipped them with the skills to implement these practices in their daily routines.

The event was successfully organized by the Centre for Excellence for Sustainability, in collaboration with NSS and the Ecolution Club. The session culminated with attendees taking a collective pledge to work towards a clean and green Earth, reinforcing the importance of environmental responsibility. The event was well-received by all, successfully raising awareness and providing practical skills for sustainable living.
